Every piece is made to order in small runs. Once your order is confirmed, the atelier will contact you directly with an estimated completion and delivery window — this varies by piece and is intentionally not shown as a fixed countdown at checkout, since production timing depends on the current run.
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and are shown before you complete payment.
Because each piece is made to order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis rather than a blanket policy — reach out to us within 14 days of delivery via the Contact page if something isn't right, and we'll work it out with you directly.
Pieces returned should be unworn, with any original tags attached. Made-to-measure or customized pieces (if offered) may not be eligible for return — this will be confirmed with you before you order one.
For anything not covered here, the atelier replies personally via the Contact page, usually within a week.
